We closed the day with our clients and partners aboard a Nile cruise — an evening of conversation away from the lab benches and purchase orders.
This Ramadan we closed the day away from the lab — aboard a Nile cruise, with
the clients and partners we have worked alongside through the year.
The evening began with iftar, then a slow tour along the river as the city lit
up. Between courses there was time for the kind of conversation that rarely
happens over a purchase order or a service call.
We used part of the evening to look back at the year 2025 : the installations our
engineers completed, the methods our applications team developed and
transferred, and the service contracts that kept instruments running across
Egypt. Not a presentation so much as an account of what the year actually
held.
What made the evening was that we were not the only ones speaking. Several of
our clients took the floor and shared their own view of working with us —
where we got it right, and where there is still room to be better. We would
rather hear that in a room together than in a form.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. Ramadan Kareem from all of us at Future
for Scientific Services.
